Our Mission.

At BravelyRise, our mission is clear: to dismantle the lies that have been spoken over women and replace them with the truth of their God-given identity. We believe that when women truly understand who they are in Christ, they can bravely rise up to fulfill their unique purpose.

Our Approach: Engage, Equip & Empower

ENGAGE:

Just as Jesus engaged with those around Him through meaningful stories, we begin our retreats by sharing the powerful testimonies of past participants. These stories, shared by women who have bravely dismantled the lies in their own lives, create a safe and inspiring space for new participants to open up and share their journeys.

EQUIP:

Engagement is just the first step. Like Jesus, who equipped His followers for the journey ahead, we guide participants through deep, thought-provoking discussions on identity, purpose, pain, and truth. In smaller groups led by discussion leaders, women are encouraged to examine their lives through the lens of Jesus, preparing them for the transformative work ahead.

EMPOWER:

The final stage is all about empowerment. Each participant is invited to release her story by writing an essay about a specific lie she is leaving behind and the truth she is now embracing. This process, from brainstorming to final edits, is a powerful act of reclaiming identity and stepping into the freedom of their true purpose.

Anchor Verses

Be still, and know that I am God.
— Psalm 46:10 (NIV)

But he said to me, ‘My grace is sufficient for you, for my power is made perfect in weakness.’ Therefore I will boast all the more gladly about my weaknesses, so that Christ’s power may rest on me.
— 2 Corinthians 12:9 (NIV)

Are you tired? Worn out? Burned out on religion? Come to me. Get away with me and you’ll recover your life. I’ll show you how to take a real rest. Walk with me and work with me—watch how I do it. Learn the unforced rhythms of grace. I won’t lay anything heavy or ill-fitting on you. Keep company with me and you’ll learn to live freely and lightly.
— Matthew 11:28-30 (The Message)
